4. Types of personal data processed

A. Personal data

Personal data may be entered voluntarily by the User or collected automatically during the use of this Application.

Failure by the user to provide certain personal data may prevent this Application from delivering its services.

The user assumes responsibility for personal data of third parties published or shared through this Application and warrants having the right to communicate or distribute them, releasing the Controller from any liability towards third parties.

B. Navigation data

The IT systems and software procedures used to operate this Application acquire, in the course of their normal operation, certain personal data the transmission of which is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols.

This is information not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but which by its nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained, etc.

This data is used to extract anonymous and aggregated statistical information on the use of the Application and to check its correct functioning, and resides permanently on third-party servers (hosting providers). The data may be used to ascertain liability in the case of hypothetical computer crimes against the Application.

C. Cookies

The Application uses cookies, which the Italian Data Protection Authority defines as small text strings that visited sites send to the user's terminal (usually the browser), where they are stored to be re-transmitted to the same sites upon the same user's next visit.

While browsing the Application, the user may also receive on their terminal cookies sent by different sites or web servers ("third parties"), on which certain elements (images, maps, links, etc.) present on the site the user is visiting may reside.

Cookies are used to access online services more quickly and to improve the user's browsing experience (session monitoring, storage of user information, faster content loading, etc.).

On the first visit, the user has the option to confirm whether or not to install the available cookies, or alternatively to view the Cookie Policy, containing all the methods for expressing and denying consent.

5. Links to third-party sites

The Controller may present or offer products or services from third parties on its Application. With regard to privacy, the sites of these parties adopt different and independent criteria from ours. Therefore, the Controller declines all responsibility for the content or activities of such linked sites.

6. Consent to international data transfer

By using the Application and/or by communicating their information to the Controller, the user consents to the collection, transfer, storage and processing of such information in countries belonging to the European Union. It is noted that the laws of countries adhering to the European Union (adopted in implementation of Community Directive 95/46/EC) are considered equivalent in relation to adequate protection of personal data. Transfer through or to these countries is therefore not subject to particular restrictions (art. 42 of the Privacy Code).

7. Processing methods

The processing of data may consist, in addition to their collection, also of their registration, storage, modification, communication, deletion, dissemination, etc., and will be carried out both with the use of paper support and with the aid of electronic, IT and telematic or otherwise innovative tools, in ways and with tools suitable to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data themselves, in compliance with the provisions of articles 31 and following of the Privacy Code, relating to the "minimum security measures for the processing of personal data" aimed at ensuring a minimum level of protection of personal data.

In particular, all technical, IT, organizational, logistical and procedural security measures will be adopted, as required by the Privacy Code, by "Annex B" to the same decree (so-called Technical Regulation), by the various Provisions issued subsequently as integration, in order to ensure at least the minimum level of data protection required by law.

Furthermore, the methodologies applied ensure that access to data is permitted only to persons in charge of processing on our behalf.

Users have the right to contact us for any information about their personal data, to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of such data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration or update, or its rectification, deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking in violation of the law, as well as to oppose, for legitimate reasons, its processing in any case.
