With the Meetive Agenda, attendees can plan and attend every activity your event offers: the system assigns bookings to the available time slots, tells the user when a slot is free, and gives direct access from the agenda to everything taking place online. Every in-person meeting shows the location as well as the time.
Planning your bookings
The agenda holds everything a user has booked for the event: B2B meetings, workshops, presentations and so on. Every time a meeting is scheduled, the system checks both attendees' availability and offers the free slots in which the meeting can be held. If a user signs up for an activity when that time slot is already taken, the system sends a notification.
Rescheduling meetings
Meetive lets users reschedule the meetings in their agenda, with features to request a new time and send a message setting out their preferences to the other party, who can then move the meeting based on both parties' availability.
Internal chat
The interactive agenda includes an internal chat that opens for every meeting, so companies can talk before and after it takes place.
