An interactive map for major events
For anyone organising in-person events, major events and congresses, Meetive provides seating assignment features with an interactive map, to settle quickly whatever the attendance of dignitaries or special guests requires.
Management panel
The seating assignment features are built into the platform's management panel: you place individual users already registered for the event, the seat chosen is linked automatically to the selected user profile, and you have a map of the placements and the option to change seats already assigned.
Drag and drop attendees
Meetive lets you drag the users you select and drop their avatars straight onto the free seats on the interactive map, and move them again later in the same way.
Interactive seating map
Features are available to set up the room, with an interactive map for placing attendees and a view of the seats still free.
Exporting the seating list
The full list of seats and the users assigned to them can be downloaded in Excel format.
