Choose the format: in-person, online, hybrid
Our platform lets you manage in-person events and online events. All available features can be enabled to run hybrid events, a format that can increase the success of in-person events by drawing on the typical strengths of online ones. With the hybrid format you can, for example, stream the convention or the events held in person, run webinars in the run-up to the event, generating interest in it and maximising turnout. If the event includes a session of company meetings, you can enable the "choose your preferred meeting format" feature: online or in person. You can decide to enable all the features on offer, or only the ones most interesting and useful for your event.
Build the website
The event website is the hub for every attendee you want to engage and accompany before, during and after the event. The features offered by Meetive let you build the user journey starting from the customised registration form, where you can add all the fields you need to collect the information you want. You can curate the site content, choose the page layout and, using our built-in editor, upload images and videos, checking your choices in the available preview.
You can also meet all the obligations relating to GDPR rules on data processing.
Manage sales
With Meetive you can manage sales, targeted e-mail marketing activities and set up the types of registration plans you want to offer.
Registration plans can be customised and dedicated to specific groups of users, built around cost and the services included.
You can choose to enable online payment and bank transfer.
Configure attendee activities
The platform provides features for organising Conventions with a seating assignment app, Streaming events, Multi-event sessions, Networking events, Marketplace with B2B meetings, in-person expo and virtual expo.
Manage and monitor
The Meetive Control Panel lets you monitor all scheduled activities, registrations and payments.
Features are available to create reports on audience satisfaction and to extract data useful for marketing activities. What's more, without ever leaving the Control Panel you have access to Google Analytics monitoring data for the event website.
